Oak & Elm Holdings ("we", "us") operates the Oak & Elm Command Center, an internal business operations platform, including its Content Studio for managing our own social media content.

What we collect

Account information for authorized users (name, work email). When a user connects a LinkedIn account, we access — via LinkedIn's APIs and with the user's explicit authorization — the user's basic profile identity (name, LinkedIn member ID) and permission to publish posts the user creates in our tool to the LinkedIn profile or Company Page they authorized. We request only the minimum LinkedIn permissions needed to publish content the user has drafted and approved.

How we use it

To authenticate users, to publish content that the user explicitly creates and chooses to post, and to display the connection status of linked accounts. We do not sell personal data, we do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, and we do not access data from any account that has not authorized us.

Storage & security

LinkedIn access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser. Data is isolated per organization. Users can disconnect a LinkedIn account at any time, which revokes our stored token.

Data retention & deletion

We retain connection and content data for as long as the account is active. To request deletion of your data or a connected account, contact us at the email below.

Third parties

We use LinkedIn's APIs subject to LinkedIn's terms; our use of information received from LinkedIn adheres to LinkedIn's API Terms of Use, including limitations on use and transfer.
